How it SHOULD be

Wouldn't life be so much better if every office you entered didn't have that ulilitarian feel? This is the DMV in Aberdeen, Wa. It's part animal shelter --- they have a couple of crows, a raven, two cats, a chicken, a dog --- part country store. And apparently they still have room for Christmas decorations!
